For the Second weekend in a row 95E (the float plane) spent most of Saturday flying around Bulldog camps, Spencer lake, Flagstaff, and the Dead River! Gorgeous, sunny weather- Light winds, and perfect scenery! It doesn’t get much better than the view “down the gut” coming back into the pond and Moose were out for viewing pleasure. We got the postcard view of a giant bull lifting his head out of the water to check us out…..Complete with weeds handing off his Massive antlers! Looking forward to July Fourth Weekend and whatever sights come our way!
The hot weather brings the moose out and early morning or evening is the best chance to see them. In five minutes of flight two weeks ago i saw five moose standing in the river.
You never know what you will see, but it is always gorgeous up here!
